These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ('products') by Amber McNamara Consulting Limited ('Putty', 'we', 'us') to you, the purchaser, including your use of the website at putty.co.nz ('the website'). They are effective from 1 April 2025 and replace all earlier Putty terms of trade.
We may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use of the website after any update means you accept the revised terms.
To purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
You must only purchase goods or services for your own use or consumption. You must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have authority to agree to these terms on that entity's behalf.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will do our best to show this on our online shop. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, in which case we will provide a full refund.
Delivery
Prices shown on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. We deliver to New Zealand street addresses only. The cost of delivery will be shown in your order summary before you confirm your purchase.
We will dispatch orders promptly after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and shown separately.
Prices are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a price changes after you have placed an order and payment has been confirmed, the original price applies to your order.
An invoice will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

• Mastercard
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions, which are available at stripe.com/nz/legal.
We do not store your card details. Stripe handles all payment processing and is subject to its own security and privacy standards.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you have entered your delivery address. We ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this will be included in your dispatch notification.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something goes wrong, here is how we handle it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at hello@putty.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Change of Mind
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@putty.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within two business days with instructions.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Liability
Where you acquire goods or services from us for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. Implied conditions and warranties under the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We take care to keep our website accurate and up to date. To the greatest extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information on our website.
To the greatest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of the faulty products or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any rights you hold under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
We collect personal information to process your orders and provide our services. We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you have opted in.
If you have opted in to marketing communications and later wish to opt out, you can do so by contacting us at hello@putty.co.nz or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing will not affect order-related communications.
We may use cookies on our website to enable certain features and improve your experience. If you choose not to accept cookies, some website features may not be available.
We will disclose personal information if required by law. We cannot guarantee the security of our website and are not responsible for a breach that is beyond our control.
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at hello@putty.co.nz.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from these terms, your use of our website, or any products or services we supply to you.
If you provide incorrect information in connection with a purchase and we incur costs as a result, we may recover those costs from you, including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis.
General
We may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our website at putty.co.nz.
If we do not enforce any of these terms at a given time, that does not mean we have waived those rights.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue in full force.
We may send notices to you by email at the address you have provided to us.
